If you’re on this page, you’ve most likely already purchased a product from us OR you’re considering it. This means we already owe you a huge “thank you!” The Neon Moon Boutique would not be possible without you. With that being said, if you are not satisfied with your order, we want to try to do whatever we can to fix that! We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment. 


Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card (minus our original cost of shipping to you).

  • Please read through our entire policy to ensure that your item(s) are eligible for return.
  • Please email us at to notify us of your return. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and name of the item(s) you’d like to return.
  • Store credit can only be given to returns that are received back to us within 15 days of the original purchase date. We cannot accept returns received later than 15 days of the original order date. We will contact you to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Merchandise must be in NEW condition to be accepted for return. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with ALL tags attached. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or any other similar stains are not considered NEW condition. Any item not received in NEW condition will not be refunded in any way.
  • SALE items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Jewelry and accessories are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.
  • In-store purchases: The return policy above remains in effect for in-store purchases.


How to prepare my package for return:

How will I receive my store credit?:

Expect an email including your digital Gift Card within 5-7 days after we receive your return shipment. Your digital Gift Card is valid on If you have not received your Gift Card after 7 days, please contact us at for an update.



Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Due to the limited availability of our items, we are unable to guarantee that the item and/or size that you need will still be available once we receive your return. To guarantee your satisfaction, we recommend that you return the original item to us + place a new order for the item you would like from our website.
